These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Funnel to Flow website and services.

Funnel to Flow is a brand operated by Soo Creative Design Studio, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia.
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Funnel to Flow provides:

  • Custom 1:1 web design and funnel design services

  • Productised services such as website clarity reviews

  • Digital products (where applicable)

The scope, timeline, and deliverables for services will be outlined and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments

Custom Web & Funnel Design

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work

  • Remaining 50% is payable upon project completion

  • Payments are made via PayPal invoice

Productised Services & Digital Products

  • Full payment is required at checkout via Systeme.io

  • Payments may be processed via PayPal and/or Stripe

All prices are stated in the agreed currency and exclude any third-party fees charged by payment platforms.

3. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once a project has commenced

  • Limited refunds may be issued only if work has not started, subject to payment platform processing fees

  • No refunds for:

    • Website clarity review services

    • Digital products

  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind or failure to use purchased services or products

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all required content, assets, and information accurately

  • Reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines

  • Responding to communication requests promptly

Funnel to Flow is not responsible for project delays caused by missing content, delayed feedback, or lack of client response.

Project timelines may be adjusted or paused at our discretion in such cases.

5. Delays & Project Pauses

If a client becomes unresponsive or delays progress, Funnel to Flow reserves the right to:

  • Pause the project

  • Adjust timelines

  • Resume work at a mutually agreed time

Decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their provided content (copy, images, materials)

  • Upon full payment, clients own the final website or funnel output delivered

Funnel to Flow retains ownership of:

  • Methods, frameworks, processes, templates, and strategies used during the project

7. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Funnel to Flow reserves the right to:

  • Display completed client work in portfolios

  • Use screenshots or excerpts for marketing and promotional purposes

  • Share anonymised case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing

8. Results Disclaimer

While Funnel to Flow provides strategic design and best-practice recommendations:

  • Specific results (traffic, conversions, revenue) are not guaranteed

  • Outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client implementation, and ongoing business decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Funnel to Flow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question

Clients are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

11. Updates to Terms

Funnel to Flow may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
